We are currently interviewing for a Sales Administrator position on our team. The Sales Administrator will have a key role in helping us to achieve our sales goals and customer interaction. This wide-ranging role cover both traditional sales administration and on-line development.

Sales Administrators also provide sales support for our senior staff, ensuring a good all-around customer service.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices and knowledge of on-line media and cloud services.

We are seeking someone who works well in team.


Sales Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
• Organised and able to process enquiries via email or phone.
• Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Collaborative skills needed to liaise with the Logistics department to confirm timely deliveries for parts when necessary.
• Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
• Computer skills to generate monthly sales reports.
• Willingness to convey key feedback from customers internally.
• Understanding of how to use Linked-in, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Google for business promotion.
• Commitment to staying informed regarding new products and features.

Qualifications and Skills

Sales Administrator Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent IT skills, word, excel, powerpoint.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or another relevant role.
• Understanding of CRM software an advantage
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
• Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team.


28 days holiday including bank holidays
Nest pension

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 1pm
