Installation and commissioning

The machine should be connected to a 400, 420 or 480V, 3-phase, 50/ 60Hz power supply form a wall mounted or cable drop with an issolator.

Continuous compressed air supply of 3 to 5 bar is required for the encoder deployment.  Some automation accesories require additional air supply, this will be noted on the shop drawing. 

We highly recommend the machine installed and commissioned under consultancy and supervision of Inductaflex engineers. We offer turnkey installation & commissioning, maintenance service to secure specification and operation of machine

Shipping

We are willing to handle the shipment in accordance with the requested term under Incoterms 2020

Warranty

The warranty period for goods is within 3 years from the date of BL/AWB for any broken, damages, defects be caused to the Goods by quality of Goods and for reason attributable to the Seller.

In case the Goods need to be repaired / replaced within the warranty period, the execution time shall be the minimum reasonable required time from the Buyer and Seller’s agreed date.

The Seller shall be relieved of its obligations under this Warranty to the extent that:
– The Buyer has modified the machines. The damage to the Goods has occurred during transit, or is due to improper storage, unloading, handling or operation by the Buyer
– The Buyer has failed to handle, install, operate and maintain the Goods strictly in accordance with the instruction manual of Seller.
– Wear and Tear parts are excluded from warranty.

In the case of a turnkey project, warranty will commence once the installation is completed.

Can your machine bend LED light frames?
Our machines are favoured by all the leading LED manufacturers. We can bend 1 and 3 piece housings for various styles. We can also supply complete cells including laser welding units and cabinets.
Can you bend T6 temper material?
Larger radii are OK, however, when bending nearer the limits, T4 is recommended.
