We recently completed one of our medium-duty induction bending machines. These machines fit companies with lighter demand, typically bending 3 to 4 days per week rather than running 24/7. As a result, this presents a rare opportunity to purchase a stock machine of this size with immediate delivery available.
Capacity is 24″ x 2″ thick and has a maximum stroke of 20ft (6000mm)
Tooling from 4″ (114mm) pipe up to 24″ (610mm) is included with the machine.
Siemens PLC is standard with the machine and temperature / power reports can be printed to meet common induction bending standards.
The machine comes with a single arm, and we can provide an additional one ranging from 3″ to 8″ to speed up the changeover process.
