Our new design for a company in Middle East region is capable of bending over 100 bends per day. Depending upon the pipe size and radius, 3 to 6 bends can be produced per hour.
The machine automatically loads and then bends cut to length pipe which can then be used immediately in fabrication. The machine can use pre-weld prepared pipes which saves the post processing of the curved parts.
Automatic machines are available from $170,000 for a 6″, 2d-5d capacity machine. We have a range from 2″ – 16″ in automatic.
