Our flow former machines are ideal for tighter aluminium extrusion bends. All our machines are designed specifically for the bending of aluminium profiles of all sizes.
Our standard range is 6 servo electric machines from ¾” o/d 18mm up to 3 ½” o/d 89mm. Larger machines move to hydraulic bending with servo feeding and rotating.
Typical applications include aluminium window frames for trains, busses and boats, automotive structures and medical parts.
Some machines are held in stock but if stock is sold out of the size manufacturing time is not more than 3 – 4 months with dedicated tooling.
