Whether shaping pipelines, curved building beams, or custom designs, Inductaflex machines provide uniform bends across various materials and sizes. Trusted globally, they’re the preferred solution for industrial fabricators who need strength, speed, and control in every bend.
WHY CHOOSE AN INDUCTION BENDING MACHINE?
- Industry’s widest bending capacity: pipe and profiles from 1” to 120”
- Servo/hybrid drive systems delivering industry-leading bend accuracy and energy-efficient forming
- Fully automated with Smart Bend CNC software and Siemens PLC control
- Bend square, rectangular, and structural profiles with minimal distortion
- Advanced quality features — tangent heating, ovality control, and temperature monitoring of intrados and extrados.
- Superior bend quality — localized induction heating forms precise bends with minimal distortion, wall thinning, or ovality, preserving material integrity
- Automatic tangent heating heats the material before and after the bending area, improving the hardness result in the transition.
- Precise control of bend radius and angle guarantees smooth, repeatable curves with minimal deviation, even on complex geometries
- World-leading for structural bending —precise bending of HSS squares, rectangles, beams, joists, and columns
- Suitable for a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless, duplex, and Inconel

Warranty
The warranty period for goods is within 3 years from the date of BL/AWB for any breakage, damage, or defects caused by the quality of the Goods or for reasons attributable to the Seller.
In the event that the Goods need to be repaired or replaced within the warranty period, the execution time shall be the minimum reasonable time required, starting from the date mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller.
However, the Seller shall be relieved of its obligations under this Warranty to the extent that:
-
The Buyer has modified the machines;
-
The damage to the Goods has occurred during transit or is due to improper storage, unloading, handling, or operation by the Buyer;
-
The Buyer has failed to handle, install, operate, and maintain the Goods strictly in accordance with the Seller’s instruction manual;
-
Additionally, wear and tear parts are excluded from the warranty.
In the case of a turnkey project, the warranty will commence once the installation is completed.

HOT PIPE BENDING MACHINES VS TRADITIONAL METHODS
Induction bending is a strong and reliable method that offers precision, speed, and flexibility. It works especially well when cold or press bending could cause too much distortion, wall thinning, or cracks. With the right equipment, like our machines — engineers can make accurate bends even in tough materials like aluminium extrusions, stainless steel, and high-strength alloys, while still keeping the material strong and stable.
The process applies localized heat induction to bend metal using a precision induction coil, which raises the temperature of steel pipes to between 800°C and 1100°C, softening the material just enough for controlled forming. The surrounding cooler sections act as a support framework, minimizing risks of ovality, wall thinning, or cracking—especially in thick-wall or high-performance alloys.
Whether used in pipelines, architectural elements, or structural frames, induction bending offers superior results for demanding applications.
